Renesans Hostel In-House Regulations

• The check in time is 2:00 P.M. and the check out time is 10:00 A.M.
• If you would like to stay one more night, please contact the reception before 10:00 A.M.
• Only guests of the hostel (after checking in) are allowed on the premises of the Hostel
• Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 A.M. guests are requested to respect other guests' right to a good nights' sleep - please do not make excessive noise during the night hours, especially if you come back late or leave in the small hours of the morning. These restrictions may be lifted by the hotel manager only in special cases
• The receptionist may, for the reasons of safety, refuse to open the premises during night time, that is between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
• Guests are requested to eat meals only in the common area and not in the rooms.
• Pets are not allowed into the hostel
• Guests are requested to read and adhere to fire regulations
• Smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises of the Hostel
• Smoking or using open fire on the premises will activate the fire alarm. Such behaviour will result in charging the guest with the expenses connected with the unnecessary assistance of fire brigade
• The Renesans Hostel is not liable for any loss, theft or damage of any items, money or valuables left in the rooms or in the luggage locker
• Guests are liable for all damage or loss of hostel property. All the damage done to the building or inventory of the hostel must be reported to the reception in order to establish the amount to be paid in compensation
• The list of all prices, in-house regulations, a phone directory, maps of Krakw as well as guests wish-list and complaint regulations can all be found at the reception for your convenience
• If the In-House Regulations are not observed or in case of improper behaviour, a guest may be requested to leave the hostel.
• All additional services provided by the hostel (meals, guiding services etc.) are subject to separate fees.
• In all cases not included in these Rules and regarding the stay in Renesans Hostel - such as the safety of your money and valuables or observing the rules of proper behaviour - guests should seek advice and follow the guidelines of the hostel manager.
